Exercises | Gym | Tricep dips
This exercise uses your body weight as resistance and so it requires very little equipment. If you don't have a box, you can always leave your heels on the floor and use a bench to push yourself up.
Place your hands on a box or bar with straight arms and elevate the legs.
Bend the arms lowering yourself down to the floor until your arms are at 90 degrees. Extend and straighten your arms back to the start position.
