How to do a load carry

Ensure you have a ruck sack that is snuggly fitting around your waist, back and shoulders. The weight that is carried depends on ability and fitness level

Walk with the weight for varying distances dependent on fitness and ability. Ensure any weight is distributed evenly and securely in the rucksack.
