Ensure your back is kept straight and you look forwards at all times during the entire movement.
Hold the barbell just over shoulder width apart whist the weight is still on the floor. Ensure you have a stance approx shoulder width apart .
Take the strain of the weight ensuring you use the legs and keeping the back straight.
In a ballistic type movement the weight should be lifted in one complete movement to underneath the chin. Hold the weight underneath the chin for approx. 2 seconds before returning back in front of the body with arms straight. Return the weight back to the floor keeping the back straight and looking forward.
